3gpp Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Platform Members

By accessing and using the platform 3gpp in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.

These terms take effect immediately upon your first registration on the platform 3gpp. You also agree to the Privacy Policy 3gpp which forms part of this agreement and may be read separately on our Privacy Policy page.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the platform 3gpp at any one time. Opening more than one account – whether under a different name, a different phone number, a different email address, or by any other means – is strictly prohibited.

3gpp reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC" – Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid Malaysian Passport
• Bank statement or proof of e-wallet account used for deposit
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account 3gpp concerned. The identity verification process is an important safeguard for your security as a member.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your account 3gpp remains current and accurate at all times. Any changes to personal information such as your phone number or payment method must be reported to the support team 3gpp immediately.

All financial transactions on the platform 3gpp operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods specifically for Malaysian users:

3gpp does not impose any hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own fees in accordance with their respective terms of use.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an account that has been identity-verified under the same name as your 3gpp. 3gpp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Platform 3gpp offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. This requirement is specified for each individual bonus offer within the relevant promotional terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.

The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• System Abuse: Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, software errors or inaccuracies within the system 3gpp to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automation: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to automate gameplay or platform interactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other members to exploit bonus offers.
• System Disruption: Taking any action intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the performance of the servers or technical infrastructure 3gpp.
• Contributing to Problem Gambling: Depositing funds on behalf of another person who has a gambling problem or who has applied for self-exclusion.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, as well as appropriate legal action at the sole discretion of 3gpp.

Closure by Member: You may close your account 3gpp at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, 3gpp offers self-exclusion options for the following periods:

• Temporary Break: 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days
• Long-Term Exclusion: 6 months or 1 year
• Permanent Exclusion: Account is permanently closed with no possibility of reinstatement

While a self-exclusion is active, you will be unable to log in, make deposits, or access any games on the platform 3gpp. Bonuses and promotions will also not be credited to accounts that are under active self-exclusion.

• The servers hosting the platform are fully free from viruses and other cybersecurity threats

Under any circumstance, the maximum liability 3gpp to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim. 3gpp shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by any member.

3gpp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior specific notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being updated on this page.
